Working around each person’s circumstances
Chunichi Houmu Gyoseishoshi Office is a Gyoseishoshi practice based in Nishi-ku, Nagoya. We handle the procedures that arise at turning points in life and in business: applications for a Status of Residence or naturalization, company formation, grave closures, wills and estate division agreements.
The circumstances behind a procedure differ from person to person. Even for the same procedure, how someone arrived there, and how urgent it is, vary a great deal.
Drawing on what we have learned over the years, we place importance on proposing a solution suited to each person’s situation. We have taken on cases from people whose own applications were refused, and from people other offices turned away. Please do not carry it alone; start by telling us about it.
Our guiding principle
Coexistence — a society in which people of many nationalities, ethnicities and cultures respect one another and live together
We arrived at this principle through years of advising foreign residents living in Nagoya. For those who feel uneasy about communicating in Japanese, this site is available in nine languages, including Japanese. Enquiries are handled in Japanese and Chinese; in any other language you are welcome to come with family or friends.
